Job Responsibilities: 1. Performing coordination work between Owner and vendors 2. Doing key inspection activities on some critical equipment 3. Supervise TPIA and its performance appraisal 4. As communication bridge among quality team of headquarters and China branch 5. Review inspection reports as cold eye of Owner, trace and close quality issues Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering areas, e.g design, welding, heat treatment, manufacturing process, quality management, etc. 2. Be proficient with international standards, such as ASME, EN, GB, drawings, specifications, etc. 3. At least 5-year inspection experience on static & rotary equipment 4. Rich experience of vendors’ quality management, understand how to manage NCR 5. Speaking Russian and Chinese are mandatory, especially fluent communication on Oil & gas industries with Russian. Chinese or Expats are accepted.
